Hi,
Trados (2017) crashes when I try to open any file. It worked fine yesterday. I rebooted my computer and tried whitelisting the software in my antivirus but nothing changes.
I have no error message, the app simply closes once the file is open. I tried with different files from different projects with the same results. Can you please help?

Are you able to open Studio without issue? Is it only when you open the files?
If so, please first make sure Studio is on the latest stnd (Help- Check for Updates- Install)
Should the problem persist, please repair/reset Studio

Please also ensure that Windows and all the drivers are properly updated-
Parts 1&2. This can be a little time-consuming- but is essential PC maintenance.

I managed to fix the issue by uninstalling and reinstalling Studio, but I have no idea where the issue came from. Thanks anyway!
