After installing SR1 for Studio 21 Pro yesterday I am having serious problems. 

1.) Independently from what I am doing on my keyboard it seems as if from time to time the CTRL button is being pressed (I know that sounds absurd) so that with my next entry of e.g. an "n" the New Project dialog box is opened. I checked my fingers if I am pressing this button without knowing and asked people from my office to observe me, but I did not press the CTRL button. So I tried using a different keyboard - to no avail.

2.) Ten minutes ago this bug from (1) made Trados Studio crash (not so surprising because Studio crashes quite often these days) but this time the file I was working on cannot be found anymore after restarting Studio. 

3.) Studio has become extremely slow. Starting the software takes too long (exactly: 1:41:30 mins). Pre-translating a 40k words file took hours yesterday. That's not normal.

My Hardware is: 

To be honest, after using Trados for more than 20 years I am a bit fed up now. 

Please advise what to do. Hopefully the advice won't be: get yourself a High End Gaming PC.
