For 2 days I've been getting the following error message, and I cannot access my customer's online MT database. Is it a customer server problem?
What's exclusive mode? That's new to me

Error message when attempting to open a server-based termbase in SDL Multiterm Desktop: Opening the termbase failed. It may be already opened in exclusive mode.
