My problem is the same. It persist also by disconnected mouse. It must be something else. It´s very, very frustrating. I am very disappointed by Studio 2021.

Please can you provide some details around this? When is the cursor disappearing? Does it only occur when you do something specific? What version of Trados Studio (full build number please)? What version of windows are you using - build number if possible? Have you updated all your drivers for the version of woindows you are using?
The information Stepan Konev provided is lacking somewhat and is hardly a qualified bug report and is only for a couple of users. More information is required before this is something that we would consider a bug that we need to fix.
We have no idea whether this is related to CRQ-20787 or not without more information. That bug is is about cursor duplication in the Studio Editor while copying results from the concordance window, This does not sound anything like the issue you seem to be suggesting here.

Thank you. We can't reproduce this at all, and I spent some time searching our support tickets and development database and cannot find anything on this.
Can you reproduce this and then share your Studio logs with us? Maybe that will shed some light on the problem which is almost certainly something related to your environment. It doesn't appear to be a common issue... not even close!

You can zip it and send to pfilkin@rws.com if that's ok? We can at least see if we can find something.
