Hi everyone,

I've been working on a project for a few days now. I use the client TMs that are embedded in the package as well as my personal TMs. I have Studio 2021.

I had an issue with my laptop earlier today and I had to restart it. When I re-opened Studio, my project had disappeared from the project list.

I then opened it manually with "Open project" and I received the error message above. I tried to generate a new project using the client TMs and my TMs, but I realized I had lost 2,500 words. I noticed my own TMs were last updated 2 days ago, so I don't know if I forgot to activate them or if it's just another issue. I do know though that the client TMs were activated, but I'm not sure why all these words do no show up. I asked them if they could retrieve it but they told me it was impossible because I was working offline and hadn't uploaded my work on their portal.

I'm so bummed out that I just want to cry... Is there a way I could retrieve the lost words or restore the file back to before my laptop crashed? I'm even willing to restore my freaking computer if this could help. I can't afford to lose all this work because I'm already late on this project.
