From what I heard Passolo does this, but I don't think Studio has ever had this option.
I posted an idea 4 years ago for this exact feature and has been "Under Community Review" ever since.

Also, QA tools like Xbench and Verfika can be used to check for inconsistencies against a TM, but they don't take into account placeables  exactly the same as Studio does.

Other than external QA tools, here is another option:

1. Create a separate project and use the Master TM to translate the files.
2. Use the SDLXLIFF Compare tool to compare the files between your original project and the separate project you created.

Great, thanks for the feedback. It certainly would be brilliant if the QA checker could be updated to include this type of check. Paul, do you think this might be included in future releases?

The more people ask for this the more likely it is to make it into the product.  I actually doubt it's that difficult to implement so it's probably just a question of priorities.  Maybe it's something that a developer might pick up as a plugin to implement an additional verification check with a report.  I'll add that to our list of apps... which only means it's added to a long list!  Then if we get to it before someone else does we can look at it.

An LSP developed an app to report these segments that don't match the TM.

The manual way is really painful: move from segment to segment and check the status bar color of the Translation Results window (if target translation doesn't match the TM, this color is reddish ).

Why would you do this?  The translate to fuzzy makes it somewhat easier than checking them all one at a time.

When there are several translators working o a big project, this kind of inconsistency just happens.
