This might be coming from the settings how the server has been added.
Can you please paste here a screenshot of what you see under File > Setup > Servers?

This is what I have:
SDL sent me the link to the server and I added it there.

Can you please click on the server in the window and click on 'Edit'?
In the window that opens, is the 'This server requires secure connection' option ticked?
