When I use SDL Trados Studio 2021 to create a Cloud project, it always shows "Object reference not set to an instance of an object", and then the software crashes. How to deal with it?

Please go to FILE- OPTIONS- FILE TYPES - EXCEL and ensure that the correct file type is activated and move to the top of the list -
