Hello, 
 I work on a Trados Studio 2017, service pack 2019. I translated a pdf file by directly adding it to the Project Manager. I finished task but couldn't save the file. I tried unchecking "extract hyperlinks" box on file -- file types -- pdf and word -- common. I did this and created the source file with a new name, but the project doesn't see my translation memory matches from previous attempt. This didn't solve the problem. Can someone please help me? I read a lot on the community but couldn't solve.

 Have you tried opening the file as a single file translation- then saving target as (without translating anything)? 
 Is the PDF an original or a copy? 
 As is the case often with PDF's its normally easier to prepare them outside Trados Studio as PDF's (by design) are problematic to handle.
