Have you tried resetting Studio to basic/default settings? You can find the instructions in the link below:

Thank you very much, Adrian. After renaming the files as per video instructions, the application started without problem.
My only comment is that I have been using other CAT applications also for past several years, but I have never faced this type of file-corruption problem (which totally prevents the application from starting and bringing the work to a standstill!) despite frequent Windows10 updates. May be you should look at prevention of such problem.
