I CANNOT WORK WITH TRADOS, I CANNOT ACCESS ANY MEMORY FILE PLEASE HELP ME SOLVE THIS PROBLEM, THANKS

Trados Studio error message: 'An error has occurred while trying to access translation provider SDL Language Cloud.'

Error dialog box: 'The system cannot find the file specified' with Knowledge Base and Community buttons.

This happens the moment I open up a file to translate it, when I push CTR-ENTER the green check would not appear
