Translation memory : duplicate key

Dear All, I have an issue with my translation memory that does not update suddenly. I have not changed anything to the system, just working  in a normal way. The error message says that a "key is duplicate"... Of course I have tried the "repair" Studio application, and of course, like every time, it does not work. I cannot afford to loose a minute with researches and chat sessions, and would like an expert to fix it for me. This is why I would like to purchase a technical support contract.
