Hello Angelo Russo , 
 The error 'database is locked' often refers to SQLite (and therefore the TM's). 
 Is it possible you are using very large TM's (or multiple TM's in the project? in which case this might be caused simply that Studio/PC is running out of resources to read everything. 
 If you are only using one TM- remove this from the project and reindex the TM and then add it to the project again afterwards. 
 Should you be using multiple TM's - disable/remove the TM that is causing the problem, which is likely to be one of the last in the list.
