Do you know what versions of Studio your clients are working with?

Are you working with Project Packages (.ppx) or are you creating your own projects?

Is the problem noticeable when using remote TM's or with locally saved TMs (or both)

Also its worth mentioning what solutions you have tries so far, as not to cover the same ground twice.

Here more details:

I am using Trados Studio 2021 SR1 - 16.1.8.4404.

The problem appears for 2 different clients. A and P:

- Client A: uses Trados Groupshare 14.2.47996.9 – SR1 CU9, they use online TMs, and it only happens for one of their many TMs (as far as I know). It has been happening since 1 or 2 months, possibly after my latest update. They give me unpacked PPXs: basically I download the SDLPRJ and the DE-DE, IT-IT and Reports folders.

- Client P: very different situation: Uses SDL Trados Studio 2017 Professional at the moment and local TMs. I always had this problem, i.e. since about 7 years, but not on every project. I work with PPXs.

Again, the problem only happens in Review mode.

What I have tried to do:

- Reset view

- Tried both F3 Shortcut and from the menu

- Tried to de-select and reselect TM

Update: now the problem is generalised. I cannot perform concordance search in any project when in Review mode. This is annoying and impacts the quality of my work. And nobody is answering my messages anymore. Could you please help me?
