Notification of "No Internet Connection" in Trados studio 2021 SR1

Hi,

Trados Studio notification window showing a connection error stating 'No internet connection. Trados Studio requires an internet connection to sync your cloud project files. Check your network and try again.' with a 'Retry' button.

I cannot get away this error from my Studio version Trados Studio 2021 SR1 16.1.8.4404. I have tried all the solutions that are provided in similar threads but nothing seems to work. Could someone help me please?

    many thanks for your advice and thanks for the quick answer.

    I did have a look at the mentioned gateway article and I configured my AntiVirus/Firewall settings with the mentioned URLs exceptions. Regarding the connection to 1.1.1.1 , when I try to connect via my browser the website that appears is the one of my modem provider, which is quite strange.

    Now I have detected that the error appears only when I open Studio for the first time. However if I turn off my Wi-Fi connection while the application is open and I reconnect to the Wi-Fi network the error disappears and the app connects to Language Cloud successfully, so I guess the problem is now solve.

    Anyway, thanks a lot for the help.
