Failed to display report

Question

Hi, 
 
 Verify Files Report is not displayed properly.

I'm using SDL Trados Studio 2017, language pair is CN-JP. 
 Analyze Files Report is normally displayed. 
 When I verify the same file with no translation entered or with translation entered in some segment, the Verify Report is properly displayed. 
 What are the possible reasons？

 Most likely there is an invalid character in the translation document. The following kb explains how you can detect and remove it: gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge
