It is simple.  The only "harder" problems to resolve are probably these:

1. Do you have to add Polish into the file?  You mentioned it contains three languages, so do you have to add a fourth or replace one of the existing?
2. Are they completely in single blocks of languages?  So all the FR, then all the EN and finally all the ES?  Or do you have repeated sets of three languages, such as FR/EN/ES then again FR/EN/ES and again FR/EN/ES etc.

Knowing this is important because you won't be only translating everything you see.  You may have to do some filtering in the file itself.

My client just called and said that he just need the POL translation in a txt file. We can delete the rest...

and languages are in "blocks".

But just in case, can you explain me how to handle this in SDL in order to analyse only text (into quotes) and not figures ?

Opening pattern:
