I don't usually use LookAhead, but I'm working on a big project with large project TMs, and it does speed up TM lookup significantly. I added a term into MultiTerm (in MultiTerm, not through Studio) and normally when I activate another segment, and then activate the segment with the new term again, the term is recognized. This time it was not. And after waiting and acitvating several other segments, then returning to the segment with the newly entered term, the term was still not recognized.

Then I turned LookAhead off, and the term was immediately recognized.

How is that? I thought LookAhead only affected TM lookup. Does it also speed up Terminology recognition (and thus possibly miss out on new additions)? I just remember posts where users complained about new terms not bein recognized, and I thought I'd share my finding.
