Pre-translate keywords from TM

Hello, 
 
 I translated lots of keywords with Trados. There are 523 keywords translated each in a separate segment. I then created a TM and imported this file, so now I have a TM with the translation for all of these keywords. 
 
 Now I have a different file in which the same keywords are organized in a different way (lots of keywords per segment) and separated by commas. I would like to populate this file using the TM. What are the settings that I should be using? I can't get this to work. It just doesn't populate.

 You get no matches because your TM is full of single words by the sound of it, but your new project is one sentence with the words all separated by commas. So the solution will be to segment the sentence using your TM and then create your project in Trados using the TM with the correct segmentation rules.
