I have Source SGML files and Corresponding Language SGML files.
Requirement is to create a new Translation memory with a source and targets which I have, so that when delta changes comes all existing content to be fully leveraged.

Hi Keerthika Paramasivam
2 key stages are required.
1. Firstly Under File - Options you need to ensure you have a file type that will support SGML
2. Secondly you can perform an alignment where it aligns your 2 files (both source and target) based on segment levels.
You can then update a new or current TM.
To access Alignment, please go to Welcome View and under the Home Tab is the option to Align.
More details can be found here: SDL Documentation
I trust this helps
