I would like to know how to recognize (make visible) highlighting of PPTX source file on Trados Studio 2019. I have worked on a PPTX file with a lot of highlighting but they are not recognized on my Trados Studio 2019. I would appreciate your advice here. (It is not related to term recognition.)

Just to clarify that I'm able to appreciate the formatting (bold, italic and underline in segment 2), but not the highlighted text (segment 3) in Trados Studio 2019:

If so, how should I report? I am not used to this forum yet but should I talk to Paul as well??? BTW, my surname is not Hatanaka. I have wondered why you thought I was Miss Hatanaka... She is another person though we happen to have the same first name...
Can you take a look at this? Maybe it's related to different browsers?

It is unfortunate that I seem to be able to find only some of the highlighted texts in source, but still... I just would like to find out how to find highlights on every layer of a PPTX file. Maybe this function currently finds only highlights on forefront layers...
Or... just in case... please let me know if there is any other tag than "nfa=" on Trados for highlighting...

Please provide a sample file that contains highlighted texts you can see and also highlighted texts you can't see. Only then will we be able to help you properly.

Thank you so very much for your kind reply. Well, the thing is... I am bound by confidentiality agreement on this one, so please give me a few days till I check with my client and explain the issue and ask if I can disclose the document... It was a large PPTX file with a full wordcount of 14,000+ , but the final count excluding the highlighted segments was around 8,000. So... Still, I am very happy to be finally talking to you on this issue...
isn’t it possible to do this because I do not want a huge document to play with:
now you have a simple file that doesn’t contain anything you could not share and is perfect for testing.

Hi Chi-natsu,
You can see nfa= in my Lorem ipsum screen-shot. If you find some other highlighted text that's not filtered, write down the inner part of the tag (like nfb= or whatever) and apply a filter accordingly.
Try it, and if you cannot make it, then we'd need a sample file, as Paul mentioned.

Thank you very much for your reply. I have contacted the client and she has suggested a similar soft of way to come up with an anonymised sample. Now I have to wait for 2 weeks as she told me that the end client and my client will have a conference call at the end of the entire project.
On the other hand, I thought it should be ideal to send you the entire file, though it seems unlikely now, as I have also suspected the file size to be part of the issue that has caused this problem, and the adapted file might not exactly reflect the issue if I try to reproduce it myself in an environment where my own copy of Trados Studio 2019 is also installed and in use.
