I'm trying to upload a large file but always get Index entry {"XE: INTENDED USE OF MACHINE} has invalid format. I removed the ToC as per suggestions but it still doesn't work. Can anyone help out?

As im unable to find an account/license for you and are not familiar with this error, perhaps you could provide more details to help.
Where are you uploading the document ? Trados Live?
What is the file format of the document?
Which version of Trados Studio are you using?
Are you able to post the full error stack?
The more information you can provide (screen shots are also useful) the easier it is to tray and help.

Hi, the program is not mine, so there cannot be licence on my name - I use access from a company. I believe it is version 2019. I am sending the error report that shows up everytime we try to upload tdo decument in docx format (we tried also different word versions). Thanks!
