Display error - links to server-based TMs

It has already been reported to me by three of our colleagues that when they created project packages in Trados Studio translators complained to them about not having the server-based TMs included in the package.

After trying out several things, we noticed that the dialog to select additional options for project package creation had a display error.

We all use Trados Studio in German language. To me the dialog appears like this:

To them the marked section above appears like this:

Note that here the word "entfernen" was omitted, which means "remove". So, if you have not been told that this option has to remain deactivated in order to send links to server-based TMs, you might think (because it says so) that selecting this option is necessary instead.

We have no clue why this happens. We all work with the latest Studio 2021 version. However, we have also noticed this with Studio 2019.

    Are you able to reproduce this on demand? Reason I ask is that we have some history with this, but not bug logged (that I can see). What I can share is some guidelines when it comes to trying to troubleshoot/work around the issue. Would be great to see if any of this helps

    So, you could stared by 

    1. Please close your Trados Studio once and instantly try to open it again and please try to " Create Project Package"

    2. If the issue still persists, then you can open the associated "Project Template" and see whether the "Translation Memories" and "Termbases" are mapped correctly. Also, you can check whether this issue is happening only for any specific Project template or all project templates?

    3. Finally if the issue still persists, please run the "Batch Tasks ---> Update Main Translation" once and then try to " Create Project Package"

    This issue may get narrowed down by implementing these focus areas. Also, we strongly recommend you keep the Translation Memories size as smaller as possible. The maximum translation units recommended by support is "1,00,000" 

    Looking forward to your feedback so we can get the right attention on this.

    Thank you for suggesting an approach to try to solve this issue. However, I cannot figure out why the project package wizard would be related to the TM status or size.

    Yes, we can reproduce this on demand. I just ask my colleagues to create a project package for any project and take a screenshot from the wizard dialog. Also, this is not related to any templates. It also happens within projects created from scratch.

    My guess is that this is related to files that are shared by Trados Studio versions (e.g. 2019 and 2021) when installed on the same PC. Why? Because two of my colleagues had this display error already in Studio 2019. After installing Studio 2021 they still had it. I, instead, neither had it in 2019 nor in 2021. This is why we have no idea where it comes from.
