Analyze batch task not working after merging segments

Hi,

I'm using Trados 2021 and have the same problem as described in this blog: Analyze batch task not working after merging segments - Trados Studio - Translation Productivity - RWS Community (sdl.com). It seems to be a bug that has already been fixed five years ago. How can I deal with the problem now? Should I report a bug? Thanks in advance for your help!

    Hello ,

    To inveastigate this, we need a few more deatils.

    Please let us know which version of Trados Studio 2021 you have installed (Help- About Trados Studio)

    And the version of Trados Analyse you have installed

    Also please attack the log files (you can find them here)

    C:\ProgramData\RWS AppStore\Trados Analyse

    And finally - save the above (Object reference...) error to your desktop by clicking on the blue disc icon and also attach this to the thread.

    Then we have the details we need to investigate further.

    My installed Trados Studio 2021 version is: Trados Studio 2021 SR1 - 16.1.8.4404. And attached you will find the error details.

    Unfortunately, I didn't find Trados Analyse as a separate program on my PC. Also, the folder C:\ProgramData\RWS AppStore cannot be found. I only have an SDL folder under C:\Program Files (x86). It is maybe due to the installed Studio version, that I don't have a RWS folder?

    I hope it is still a bit informative with the attached file and am looking forward to your reply!
