Can you close Studio, then manually remove this plugin from Studio, in the packed and unpacked folders (I'm assuming you know what I'm referring to here?).  Then reinstall the plugin and restart Studio.  I think there is a problem with the plugin manager in that it's not correctly removing the unpacked folders.  I've seen this myself a few times.

I can't remove it. When I click Uninstall in the Trados Plugin Manager, it prompts me to close Studio. However it is already closed and I can't see it in the Process Manager list.

don’t use the plugin manager. Just manually remove from the folders I mentioned.

I am sorry Paul, I rebooted my PC before your reply and could uninstall and re-install the plugin. The message has gone.
But I have tried your method too. I removed the plugin again from 'Packages' and 'Unpacked' folders as you suggested and then re-installed the plugin. Works fine. Thank you!
