Signing in to RWS Language cloud

I cannot sign in to RWS Language Cloud.

I do not have my password yet.

I write my e-mail address and ask to remember the password, but do not receive any answer.

    Have you been able to resolve this, or do you still need assistance?

    Please try again to reset your password- You can do this via your RWS account- Personal Details- Change Password.

    If you dont receive an email within a few minutes, please check your SPAM folder.

    I tried several times to reset the password, even some minutes ago today, but it doesn't help.

    I receive the message "Your RWS IS is not linked to any RWS Language Cloud accout, Create an account or contact yor RWS Language Cloud assount administrator.

    After clicking "My Account": An account has already been linked to your organization. We recommend that you contact your account administrator for helping you with the user configuration. Alternatively, contact the support team.

    Instead of "Log in" I have chosen today on "sdl-prod.eu.auth0.com/login up" and have created an account (ID 530175). Still cannot sing in.

    I still cannot log in to the cloud. Could somebody help me?

    If I try to sing in from Trados Studio 2021 the "black box" says: "Your RWS IS is not linked to any RWS Language Cloud accout, Create an account or contact yor RWS Language Cloud acount administrator."

    After choosing "My account" the "black box" says: "An account has already been linked to your organization. We recommend that you contact your account administrator for helping you with the user configuration. Alternatively, contact the support team."

    I am the account administrator, but have not enough knowledge or rights to make something.

    I have bought the program using an e-mail address, but at this first e-mail addres I could not, for unknown reason, receive the password. for the cloud access, So the e-mail address was changed, but it still doesn't work. I have changed the password, as suggested, many times - no result.

    Any ideas?
