When I try to open packages double clicking one them I get the following error:

Arguments:

If I try using the Open Package button, the error is as follows:

I can open the same packages with Studio 2019, which I still have on my computer.

I tried resetting user settings, downloaded and installed CU8, but nothing changed. Seems to work OK with packages from other customers though.
