I get the message. "Unexpected exception when initializing view Part Fragment Matches " and then "cannot access site for type SDL.TranslationStudio.Editor.Preview.InternalPreview.InternalPreviewPart before the view part has been initialized"
I tried to uninstall and install, repair, change the name of the SDL file as instructed, it only made things worse as I can't even see the proper packag formats anywhere now.. Any suggestions, please?

You should be able to resolve this by turning off the UAc and then resetting/repairing Studio
