You are right, I don`t mind much the size, the real problem is that the batch task that creates project memories is not working anymore with this big TM. 

We didn`t have this problem with Trados 2019, even though the TM was already 1 GB.

That is more than strange, as I use such huge TMs on daily basis with crating a project TM (on a NAS device) with no problem at all. Maybe your machine is not powerful enough for this task?

Never seen such error before. 8 GB is not really much. However, I used a MS Surface i5 with just 8 GB RAM quite successfully with Studio. This said I seldomly prepared bigger projects with that machine. All other machines I use have 16 GB RAM or more. But RAM alone is not so important. More important is the complete combination of hardware.

Does this error occur with all project templates you use?

That is correct, no matter the project settings or files, I can`t generate project tms anymore, unfortunately.

Thank you. Do you have a possibility to test with a newer PC? You have a low voltage CPU, 5th generation, which means a quite weak system. This processor has been released in Q1 2015 and this is half a century in terms of IT. So it is quite possible, that due to the more complex new structure of the TM the system cannot cope. Studio uses just one single core from the processor.

Please find here another PC from our team, that also doesn't work.

I`m sorry, but I don`t know if the PC is the issue, as we have a PM with a slightly weaker PC and yet it works on hers.  

And another thing, even if I add small tms, it's also not working.

OK, so it is not the computer, but your Studio installation. In such case I would first try to use a default template, copied from here: C:\Program Files (x86)\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16\ProjectTemplates

If that does not work, take one of these user profiles C:\Program Files (x86)\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16\UserProfiles and try again.

Then as a last resort reset Studio: gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge

Yesterday I did the repair and the fresh start on 2 pcs, and it worked lovely.

Although, today it is presenting the same problem, how come this could happen?

Sorry, no clue. My next attempt would uninstalling Studio, using the Freshstart app https://appstore.sdl.com/language/app/trados-freshstart/876/ and then installing Studio from scratch as admin.
