Are you getting this error on a new project (after disabling synch)
If so, please paste the fell error stack as this may provide more details as to the cause.

I got this error after starting a new project but without pausing Google Drive (disabling synch). Even after pausing Google Drive (disabling synch), on that same project, the error appeared if I tried to save.
This was the error number: drive.google.com/.../view
After your answer, I started a new project, but before starting it, I paused Google Drive (disabling synch). After pausing Google Drive BEFORE starting the new Project, I had no more problems saving the Project (Ctrl + S).
