Multiterm does not recognize some terms, both newly added and ones already in the termbase.

Question

This is a question about Studio 2021 and Multiterm 2021. I have not found any discussion about Multiterm issues in the latest version and updates. Multiterm does not recognize some terms in the termbase, both newly added and ones already in the termbase. I can only add about 5 new terms in one sitting, after that, new terms are not added, and "no open termbase" is displayed. I have tried the troubleshooting on repairing your installation on both Multiterm and Studio, and nothing has worked.

Hello Patricia Pringle , 
 Please first remove the TB from Studio. 
 Now ensure both Studio and MultiTerm are both on the latest version (Help- Check for updates) 
 Once updated, add the TermBase back to the project and ensure its enabled. 
 If this doesn't help, please provide the relevant screenshots (project settings) so we may be able to see what is the problem.
