I am working with Studio 2021 on Windows 10. I had this issue with two different projects today, both bilingual excel.
Tried many things including creating new excel files but could not resolve it. Please help 
Please switch the GUI to English and then post the full text of the error message, which you can access when clicking "show details"

Thanks, GUI is actually in English, the error message comes up in Windows' region. Full text is exactly the same (see below), I put the translation in the subject line for this message.
I think your knowledge may be enough
The first job today had German sheet names. The second one I created a new file because the original one was would be too complicated for Studio - so Turkish sheet names.
I will play with the second file and confirm.
Changed sheet name to English and created new project. Problem still persists.

Do you have just one sheet in your Excel file or are there many? If more than one, move another sheet to first place.

I had one of each. The German origin file had multiple sheets, moving did not make any difference either.

Can you provide a sample file that has this problem? Perhaps take a copy of the file you are using, then delete all rows apart from the first couple, anonymise the text, and share it if the problem still occurs with this file.
Also, provide details of the settings you have used to handle the file.

The problem did not occur with first versions I tried but I'll play around some more tomorrow. This is an issue I encounter almost once a week.

If the file is huge, split it into parts. I have had an issue in the past with a very big Excel file, which did not work in bilingual Excel as one part. After having split the file into two parts, the problem was gone.
