Can you use Ctrl+T ?

I have no idea why this isn't working for you and would only suggest a reset and repair, then put the plugins back.

I did a reset and repair. It doesn't solve the problem for ctrl+1. The Ctrl+t always worked. If I want to add a ctrl+1 for another operation in the shortcut file it doesn't recognise at all the combination. 

The shortcut ctrl+1 wasn't working on all the projects. So I decided to copy a subtitling project that I had in my list manually from the windows explorer to save it in a folder for archives. From the list of projects in sdl trados studio I choosed remove from list for the subtitling project. After I erased manually all the folder of subtitling project.I took back from my archive the subtitling project I put it inside the project folder of sdl trados studio and in sdl trados studio I used Open project ctrl+o I opened the file *.sdlproj So I reopened the subtitling project in fact. I controled on the other projects and I can use ctrl+1, now it works.

So it seems to be strange but it is the erase from list and reopening of one subtitling project that solved the problem.

Strange indeed.  I was wondering if it might be related to the custom shortcuts for subtitling as we had to build in shortcuts that could use an external keypad as these are common for subtitlers since keyboard control for a laptop isn't normally very easy.  If you change them you can't put them back because Studio doesn't support them normally... unless you reset and this puts them back.

Not sure how much time we could put to trying to resolve this as I'm not sure how many users it affects.  But maybe if we can reproduce when we get some time we can see whether something can be done to prevent the problem occurring.

I noticed that the use of the numpad's shortcuts in the video view is available only when I click inside a segment with my arrow. For example if you let the playing of the video go, the other segments are selected automatically (not by your arrow and clic manually inside the editor table) at this moment the shortcuts of the numpad don't work.
