I recently upgraded from Studio Freelance 2017 to 2021 and now, every time I get sent a project, I get the error message: "The Translation provider XX XX could not be opened and has been disabled." and I have to ask the PM to send me the TM separately to add in. Does anyone know what could be causing this? Thank you

It sounds as though this only affects TM's that are included in the package from the client. Correct?
Is this a standard .ppx package? or are you perhaps working with a GroupShare client?

Hi Steven, thanks for your reply. Yes, just the TMs that are included in the package and just standard .ppx packages, not GroupShare.
