I just installed the Trados TTS plug-in in Trados Studio 2021 SR1 - 16.1.8.4404, but when I click on Add-Ins > Plug-ins to start using it and to enter my API key, I get the "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error message. Has anybody at the same problem? Thanks in advance for any help anyone can provide.

I have tested the installation and im unable to replicate the issue.
Could you perhaps save the error to your desktop and attach it to the thread, as this may give more details as to the nature of the error.
Its probably also worth removing/deleting the app, and then installing directly via the appstore (if you installed originally via Trados Studio app integration or vice versa).
Also make sure that when you start Studio, you are doing so as Admin.

The issue happened when I was trying to activate the TTS app for Studio, but after a few attempts I succeeded in installing and using the top, and now when I click on the Plug-ins icon in the Add-ins tab, I no longer get the error message. I know exactly what I did, but it worrked. Perhaps all I needed was a reboot of everything? Thanks for the offer to help!
