"No translation results to display" appears in the Editor view

Question

Hi, 
 
 While translating, when validating one of the segments, an error message has popped up saying that something has happened to the memory (I don't really remember), I clicked on OK as there was no other option and it won't open the translation now. I can see the file in the Project view, and it shows that the translation is at 61% but when I click on it to open the file, nothing appears in the Editor view, only a message saying "No translation results to display". I don't dare close Trados, nor click on update memory or file as I am afraid of losing it all. Could anyone help me who is sure what to do in such a case please?

Hello Czellahó Aletta , 
 Please go to Project Settings>Translation memories and automated translation> select your TM and click "remove" from the list. Then go to Global settings in File tab - top left corner- >Options>All language pairs>Translation memories and automated translation. Check if you also have it there and remove it. 
 Then go back to your project settings>translation memories window and add it again from your folders.
