Displaying Pending/Finished projects

Hi everyone,

When I open the Projects windows, I see all projects (finished and pending), even though the status is set to "Pending" projects. I have to click on "All projects" and then click on "Pending" to actually see the pending projects. I'd like to see directly the pending projects when opening the projects windows. Any idea how to resolve this issue?

Thanks.

Best regards,

  • Hi ,

This is a known issue and is logged already with the technical team (internal number CRQ -23550) .

Once they solve it, it should be reflected in the upcoming updates.

    Hi Oana,

Thanks for your reply. I also noticed Trados suddenly shut down when the project creation is finished or from time to time.

Also, any time I open Trados a window asks about the "Sdl.Community.DeepLMTProvider.plugin.xml". Is there any way to solve it?

All in all, I feel disappointed and I am seriously considering switching back to the 2017 version.

    Best regards,

It sounds as though you have removed the plugin, but left the DeepL provider in some projects.  But without seeing exactly what the message was it's really hard to know.

Sorry to hear this.  I still don't know what version of Trados Studio you are using, but assuming it's 2021 I can only suggest you make sure you have updated to the latest version.  The current version is:

    Trados Studio 2021 - 16.1.8.4404
    MultiTerm 2021 - 16.1.1.541

And there will be a new release for SR2 fairly soon.

It's important to make sure you stay up to date as the product has been undergoing significant work as we make more and more cloud capabilities available.  The next release should contain the main things users have wanted which is to be able to create local projects and simply publish to the cloud.

If you are experiencing problems the best thing is to always create a new thread for each specific issue.  This way it's easier for us to track, and also to convert to a support case if needed.
