I have just found another issue - I am not able to create the right return package - my Customer cannot read it (I can only send him the xliff file but i tis not sufficient), please see teh strange icon attached.
Could we arrange another remote session please?

A return package will normally only ever contain the translated sdlxliff file.
Any other resources that you receive with the original ppx are not returned.
Could you please explain what else the client actually requires?

the problem is that I usually send to some clients standard "return Packages" (not only xliff files) - but I am now not able to create any standard return package - as you can see the icon is different and my client are not able to open it.
