 Dear Jesus, Thank you for your reply.In that case we need you to tell us which one of them you want us to reset as they are not marked as extra or normal. If you cannot remember when you activated it then the only option is to reset both.Your case will be left open for 24hrs. Please reply to this email if you still have questions.
