Must start Trados as administrator all the time now to avoid license error

After several years with no problem I now have to start my Trados 2014 as administrator, at least the first time I turn om my computer.

If I do not, I get the error message "An error occurred while retrieving your license"

There is nothing wrong with my license. This is inconvenient and does not make sense.
