I don't now anyone who has done this, but if it was me I would think very carefully before updating my operating system to the latest version available and then continue to use a version of Trados Studio that isn't even supported any more. If you don't want to upgrade Trados Studio, and if this is important for you to run your business, then you should probably consider not upgrading windows.
