Inserting an often-used phrase that includes tags and a non-breaking space - shortcut?

Hi all, In my legal translations, I very often need to use the phrase "et seq." Sadly, it's not that straightforward. In fact, it's this:

<cf italic=True>et[NONBREAKINGSPACE]seq.</cf>

This might appears hundreds of times in a big document. I'd love to be able to program a keyboard shortcut, or a contextual-menu item, that will insert the tags, the text and the non-break space as a package, with one or two simple clicks.

That would be so much faster than what I currently type, which is:

et ctrl+shift+space (for the non-breaking space) seq. shift+backspace x7 (to highlight the term et seq.) windows+i (for italics).

Thanks for your help.
