An AutoHotkey script is perfect for this!

Do the following:

1. Go to www.autohotkey.com, download AutoHotkey and install it.

2. Download this file, which is the script that you need. Save it in a folder where you can find it easily. Double-click to run/enable the script.

3. Type "etseq" (without the quotations), press the spacebar, and see the text expand into what you need.

4. If you want to change the abbreviation (hotstring) to something else, open the file in Notepad, or another plain text editor and change the first line (::etseq::) to anything you'd like, keeping the two pairs of colons on either end. If you make any changes to the script, you will need to save it and double-click on the file again for the new changes to be enabled.
