I have a new PC and have moved Studio 2021 over on to it. However, now I can't add one of my 'old' client GroupShare servers. I know the server address is correct and it is available, because it is working fine on my laptop. I have added Trados Studio to my list of apps allowed through the firewall. Still no luck. Any advice? Elisabeth

Thanks for your reply. I have logged a support case and am having a call with one of your colleagues tomorrow. If we find out what the problem is, I will try to post it here for others to use, if relevant.
