Hi folks,
I have two identical TMs that contain the equal number of TUs (46222) but are different in their size (3.7 times). The only difference between them is that the larger one was created by upgrading the smaller one. I wonder why and is there anything I can do to prevent this? Or probably it gives some benefits and I should not want to prevent this behavior?

the reason it grows is because the upgrade process extracts fragments used in fragment matching, autosuggest and match repair and adds them to your TM.
