Termbase not working on Studie 2019 after Windows 11 update

So, I have SDLTradosStudio2019_SR2_15.2.8.3007, the Freelance Plus version. I use it on two computers.

Recently, one of my two computers got updated to Windows 11 and since then the Termbase Recognition window is not working. It only gives me the message: "Searching for terms..." And this will continue, no matter how long I wait.

Also, when typing, it doesn't suggest any terms anymore.

However, when I use the Termbase Search window, the terms are there and it will give me proper search results.

I tried disabling LookAhead and resetting the Windows layout but with no success.

Then I tried to deactive and reinstall the Trados version on the Windows 11 pc to see if a new fresh installation would solve the issue but I can't deactive it, neither online nor offlne. The offline Deactivation Authorisation Code is not recognized by the local Trados version.

And on the Windows 10 pc Trados works fine.

Any clues as to what's going on here? Did the update to Windows 11 change something that messed up the local Trados settings somewhere?
