After my PC (Windows10) had a problem and restarted automatically, I could not start Studio 2021.
I have checked the knowledge base(000001429), but the error message goes as follows and does not match with the info on the page.

'Sdl.TranslationStudio.Api.ProjectManagement.IProjectManagementService' could not be started.
An error occurred whilst trying the file version.
Root element is missing.
