old story : unexpected exception when initializing view part Fragment Match + Translation memory window is not available

Question

This problem starts as I shift from mobile network to router network while the program is still starting. As it takes too much time to open. 
 the other problem when I try to do the same procedures 
 I face an issue of finding SDL Trados Studio + SDL Trados Studio_old 
 I do not know how to deal with this obstacle
