Hello! When launching Trados, I get the following message: "'Sdl.Desktop.Platform.Services.ITelemetryService' could not be started." I couldn't find any working solutions in the forum. Please, help!

"The issue was solved by following the steps from this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0028332 and after we preformed a Studio repair/reset (https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039395)."

Hello! Thank you for your responce! I tried to follow these instructions. Unfortunately, they did not help. The problem was in WMI and I am not technically qualified enough to change something as an administrator, I do not want to risk my computer. I decided to install the programme on another computer and it works now. Thank you for support anyway!
