I always get this error message when closing Studio (2021) in the normal way: File > Exit
Note that my Studio is set to English but the error message (Trados Studio no longer works) is in Dutch.

Do you also have a problem if you click in the top right-hand corner?
I would suggest running a repair and ensuring Studio is also up to date-

I found out it is my backup service (Carbonite) that was causing the problem.
It backs up any time my TM is updated and then the TM is no longer accessible for Studio, which regards it as an error.
