Can't access TMs in Trados Studio 2021 SR2 (16.2.8.9097)

Hi experts,
Once I updated Trados today, I get the following error message when I attempt to access my TMs:
Error dialog box with a red cross icon saying 'Failed to create setting page.' with Knowledge Base and Community links and an OK button.

I tried to follow the KB instructions (https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0031290 but to no avail. The error appears even after renaming the 'Studio 16' folder. Also, I tried to repair Trados, with no success. Then I tried to deactivate my license to uninstall Trados completely and then re-install it but I failed again:
Error dialog box with a red cross icon saying 'Deactivation failed. DisabledClosed line Item cannot be revoked.' with an OK button.

Then I tried to deactivate offline. Guess what was the result...
Error dialog box with a red cross icon saying 'Failed to deactivate offline. The specified deactivation authorization may not be valid. Validate your deactivation authorization against the authorization in your account.' with an OK button.

Thank you for SR2, but how can I recover my tool now?

I would also recommend a reset of your Studio https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0033669

  • RESOLVED: re-installed WorldServer Compatibility Pack
I keep the below video just in case that anybody else comes across this issue in the future.
Thank you and Alina Aura Obreja for your prompt efforts and support.

    Hi ,
    Thank you for your suggestions.

I can't use the above-mentioned solution because it suggests that I should rename ProjectApi folder. And I don't have ProjectApi among other folders.
Neither could I recover Trados by re-installation. I completely uninstalled Trados, updated Windows, re-downloaded the installer from my account, installed Trados. However, not only the previous error persists now, but another error message appears when I click Project Settings. The new [or probably newly noticed] error refers to Microsoft Office, but the it also occurs with non-MS files like html or xml.
Below is a short video of those errors.
    Any ideas?
